Hey Solange.. First I just want to tell you that I admire everthing about you and you are my true inspiration.. I love music. I write poems, songs, freestyle and try to expand my talent in everything i do.. I listen to your music everyday, ALL DAY.. The song that stood out to me the most was Fuck the Industry... I feel like that song was just basically saying no matter what the industry think you should be or should do, it's you that have that ear and eye for what you believe in. I have to admit, I'm your newest & biggest fan, and not because we share the same last name either! I saw you on Tyra's show about single mom's and I went out the next day & bought your CD. My 67 year old mom herad me playing your CD then she went out and bought it too. This CD is a breath of fresh air. Sandcastle Disco & T.O.N.Y are my favorites & your videos are awesome! I am 41 years old & I think it's so refreshing how you've incorporated the styles of the 60's 70's & 80's in your videos as well as your band, songs, & dress. Lastly not to be rude, but I wasn't a fan of your music unitl this CD. YOU CAN SING Girl!!! Why in the hell you weren't nonminated for a Grammy I'll never know. Oh, personally, Sasha Fierce can't touch this CD. You did an OUTSTANDING JOB WITH THIS CD. God bless you & your son.

Whoever pumped her head up to think this is whats in or that this is going to start some new wave, hellz no! I'm just being a realist... Really, this is a real, authentic video? And she actually thinks that she can sing AND dance??? Man, trust me, I'm no hater, but i know garbage when I see and hear it, and this is worse than garbage, this is the juice at the bottom of the dumpster on that hot ass summer day when the trash man is a week behind on pickup because of high gas prices! *True Story! Ya'll need to analize the music and not give her credit because of who her SISTER IS!!! Yall kno good and well this sucks! There is no talent here! NONE! ZILCH! NADA!!! I even joined this whatever it is just to voice my opinion on this! There are real people out there with real talent trying to struggle to be heard, yet you poison our eyes and ears with this crap??? Solange you came a long way and waited a long time to showcase yourself. I personally thought you couldn't sing at all. I can't figure out why Destiny child had to search so far and wide when you were there all the time. Your videos are a much need breath of fresh air. Your voice is very good. Your showwomanship is excellent. All the video caught my attention and I mostly listen to gospel. I tried to see Beyonce in you but, all I seen was Solange. That in itself is miraculous. Do your thing. I haven't seen your interveiw and nor do I want to but. Your sister is so great not only because her talent , but because people like , LOVE her. Millions of haters out there tried to hate on her, Trust me! but she overwhelm them with her love and kindness. If you learn anything from her, learn that.

Yall can't be serious. I have read many of the comments posted and I really wonder if we are watching the same video. However, I do have to agree that Solange is very stylish and a nice looking girl, but I'm sure your mother or someone in your life has told you that "beauty is only skin deep". After watching that interview, Solange looks so ugly right about now! Instead of just "sucking it up" and admitting that she was wrong, she felt the need to disgrace her family as well as herself. She probably hasn't sold more than 1 album, and is so far from "super star status", but yet she wants to respond as though she is some kind of diva! With that attitude I would bet a whole years salary that this girl won't sell more than 30,000 records. I also watched her reply that posted today on TMZ and she should have left well enough alone. Her response was so ignorant. I agree with the previous post, "stay home and take care of your kid"! Leave the entertainment for Beyonce. You are not the shit! I promise you..
Solo needs a media coach
I was embarrased for you when you snapped back at the tv reporter in Las Vegas. You should take a few lessons on how to conduct yourself and how to address the media . If you are trying to sell records- good luck because with that type of media coverage Interscope should think twice about marketing someone that is so unprofessional and unenthusiastic. It was almost like you were forced to sit in that chair. It's very sad how someone can be so unappreciative.

I can't believe you lack of proffesionalism in your interview in Las Vegas. You act like a spoiled brat, why would anyone buy your album if you aren't even a star and you are that obnoxious? You should grow up before you take on new roles, and perhaps stay home to raise your son so he may be a little more humble than you are.
